Shot in the arm, breath of fresh air,

Dear Family,

A couple hours ago, we arrived home from being at the cabin.  We were able to listen to conference via radio and the Priesthood session at the church.  What a great conference; every talk was wonderful and I felt like the talks were a great encouragement to become more solidified in having the Book of Mormon to be apart of our lives, knowing that our Heavenly Father loves us and is very much aware of us and to become more in tune with the Holy Ghost.  So many great talks and the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and rolling faster and faster.  I am anxious to watch conference via internet.  Wow, don't we live in an amazing time!

The cabin looks good.  We picked up Katie and a friend, Whitney (she is from CA) and we made it to the cabin about 9 PM. Over the weekend, we listened to conference, ate lots of great food, canoed and walked and worked on the cabin and before we knew it the weekend was over and we are now home. The leaves are changing, the water is still high for this time of year and it was so peaceful.

While there, I noticed that we are needing to upgrade on a few things. The TV doesn't get any channels and one has too quit breathing to get the DVD player to work.  I am figuring that all the adult life jackets are in the boat which leaves very few adult life jackets.  We could not find the air pump and we have several throw blankets, a few comforters but the cabin could use another good blanket or two.  We also need to replace a couple of beds.  We could also use cleaning products, kitchen dish towels (what has happened to all the drying towels), a few more dish wash cloths, TP, Aluminum Foil, Plastic Wrap, Garbage Bags and it would be great if we had a few working flashlights and batteries.

It is a wonderful cabin but we need to keep it in working order.  Love to all!

The Jensens
